When will I receive my registration code?
Please
allow up to two working days for delivery. As we currently do not
process orders entirely in an automated manner, we need some reaction
time. Usually you will receive the registration code within a few hours
after ordering.
The registration code I received does not work.
In
order to validate your copy, DiabGo reads out owner name and device ID
of your specific device and calculates some checksum from these that
subsequently is compared to the registration code. If, for some reason,
the PocketPC owner name or device ID you provided by you with your
order does not match the one read out by DiabGo, the registration will
fail! Therefore, it is mandatory to fill in the owner name / device ID field in the order form above correctly.
When installing the trial version it says that for the application to run properly one has to install "sqlce.wce4.armv4.cab" prior to installing DiabGo.
You can safely ignore this warning. DiabGo comes with all that is needed to run the application.
Does DiabGo run on my device?
Well,
it is impossible for us to test DiabGo with any hardware/software
combination available. But from our experience, DiabGo runs on any
device equipped with at least the PocketPC 2002 operating system.
However, if you are not sure - just try the trial version. It comes
without functional limitation so anything should work!
